• Hit-to-lead optimisation of cyclic peptides, including scaffold-hopping the pharmacophore into small-molecule backbones.
• Target-agnostic phenotypic screens with a genetically encoded cyclic peptide library to identify synthetic-lethal ligands and new targets.
