Frederico Di Chiaro is an experienced CMC leader with over five years of expertise driving CMC programs across both biotech and global pharmaceutical organizations. At Zealand Pharma, he leads cross-functional CMC teams with responsibility for CMC strategy, governance, risk management, execution, and budget oversight, while serving as the CMC representative on global project teams.
Prior to Zealand Pharma, Frederico held roles at Novo Nordisk, building extensive experience in drug substance and API development, GMP operations, CDMO management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. He is recognized for translating complex scientific and technical challenges into clear, actionable CMC strategies that enable robust and scalable development programs.
